Along with a change in seasons, we are excited about change taking place in our own organization - the Makana Motivator product line is now part of Salary.com.
Salary.com provides HR solutions, including talent management, HR/payroll and compensation, for companies of all sizes across the world. Like Makana, Salary.com understands the vital link between compensation and corporate goals, and has deep expertise in how to drive performance to meet those goals.
Along with the Makana product line, Sean McGinty and I, co-founders of Makana Solutions, have transitioned to the Salary.com team. We'll continue to provide vision and support to develop Makana Motivator and Makana services.
For Makana customers, your transition will be seamless. You will still have access to Makana's system and resources. You can continue to connect us through the Makana Website, and phone numbers.
In the coming weeks and months, as we settle into our new home and organization, I will have the opportunity to communicate with you more frequently and to share best practices and news. In the meantime, please share your comments and questions with us.
